Cancellation policy

 Advent Calendars

All Advent Calendar purchases are final and cannot be canceled once an order is placed.
Subscription Services
If a customer pays for the current month of a subscription and chooses to cancel within the same month, no refund will be issued. The customer will receive the current month’s subscription box, and the cancellation will apply only to future billing cycles. No further charges will occur unless the customer chooses to resubscribe.
Live Sale Purchases
Live sale purchases are binding commitments.
If a customer cancels a live sale purchase before completing payment, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Orders Canceled After Shipment
If a customer requests cancellation after an order has shipped, the following conditions apply:
 - The customer must return the package at their own expense
 - The parcel must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
 - The package must show no signs of tampering, damage, or missing items
Once the returned package is received and inspected, and only if it meets all conditions above, the cancellation will be processed.
If the package is returned opened, damaged, altered, or missing items, the cancellation will be denied. No refund, credit, or reshipment will be issued, and the order will be considered fulfilled.
Cancellation Credits
All approved cancellations result in a store credit only, equal to the total invoice amount minus the non-refundable deposit (cancellation fee).
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
