Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
Once an order has been shipped, Stacked Positivity LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Shipping times are determined by the courier, and we do not have control over delays due to weather, carrier volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of the package being marked as delivered. Requests submitted after this time frame cannot be accommodated.
If a replacement is approved, Stacked Positivity LLC will provide a printable return shipping label via email when applicable.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows that a package has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, we are unable to replace or refund the order. In these cases, we recommend contacting your local post office or the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
